Networking is finicky at best and not one of my strong suits 😔

As for Work environments - really do suggest the Company IT Department as a start. After all, they control the SSID Broadcast Signals.

Home - that is something I am more comfortable helping with

1 - Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

2 - Check your Network Setting in System Preferences and make sure the Order of Connections is correct. The same suggestion in above link applies to Home Wifi

Personally, have upGraded from Big Sur to Monterey 12.5 and have had zero Wifi signal issues in a Home Environment ( Retired ) so not work involved.

Have travelled often around the world ( per COVID 19 ) and had very little issues where we have been including Asia, South East Asia, South Asia, Europe ,

Has the User attempted, what appears to have solved another persons' similar issue ?

Copy and Paste from @BDAqua solution

Make a New Location, Using network locations in Mac OS X ...

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2712

System Preferences>Network, top of window>Locations>Edit Locations, little plus icon, give it a name.

System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.

The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.

System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

Apply.

I know this issue is affecting a lot of private or company usage. These logs happen even when the computer is at home and connecting to my private network.

Regarding the company WiFi network, we have these issues where the computer can't complete 802.1X authentication with our network. Is there any particular configuration we need to set for these changes since Monterey upgrade?

What are the <airport[404]> ERROR: rapportd (592) is not entitled for com.apple.wifi.join_history, will not allow request.

What does it mean? I constantly see these logs.

Thanks in advance.
