Keynote Audio

My Keynote presentations are only playing a portion of the audio clips while presenting through Zoom. This is a new problem. I have given these same programs without issues many times. I can't figure out what is going on. The sound works and sounds fine from my end but the attendees cannot hear the sound (only a small portion at the beginning of the clip). I am totally at a loss ....
