How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support -- To set an alarm to go off once every day, you’ll open the Clock app and tap the Alarm tab. Set the specific time you’d like the alarm to go off by raising or lowering each wheel on the top of that screen. Be sure to choose whether it should go off in the AM or PM. Tap Repeat and select each day on the following screen. You can also give your alarm a name if you choose.
