Ever since I bought my iphone 6s plus, the rear camera doesn't work. Please what do I do?

Front camera is not working on iphone13 The back camera is working but the front camera doesn’t switch on. I have reset the phone to default but to no avail. Im currently running on the latest iOS 18.2.1

The best solution is to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options...
