Ever since I bought my iphone 6s plus, the rear camera doesn't work. Please what do I do?

Front camera is not working on iphone13 The back camera is working but the front camera doesn’t switch on. I have reset the phone to default but to no avail. Im currently running on the latest iOS 18.2.1
