Trying to unblock a number on iPhone that is not on the list of blocked numbers
Need to unblock a contact on iPhone that shows blocked on the individuals but NOT on the listing of blocked numbers.

If its not in the blocked call list, you may have blocked it through your carrier or through some other app (e.g. NoMoRoBo). Start by contacting your carrier.
