FileVault, Reboot Remote Machine

Hi,

I have a bit of an odd setup ;-). A remote Mac (Mini), but it is required to have FileVault on it (to connect to work). I VNC into it ... all works just fine, happy as can be with it.

But, as it has FileVault, when I reboot it - it doesn't come up, and I can't VNC in ... as it's sitting there, waiting for a local password, to proceed with boot. Is there a way around this? Meaning - let it boot, come to the login screen, so I can VNC in, and enter my login credentials? The issue is that it's not coming up (at all), just sitting there waiting for local access :-(.

Thanks!

Mac mini 2018 or later
