Apple Music automatically scrolls down playlist

When I rate music or add a comment the program will suddenly scroll all the way to the bottom of the playlist. I have been having this issue for quite some time and I can see other people asking about this problem seemingly without having their issue resolved.

I must say that this - among other problems with Apple Music such as ratings/comments constantly disappearing - greatly hurts my experience when using the program. If I didn't have a big library I would undoubtedly have switched to another service such as Spotify by now.
