Why don’t I see the option to add location to my iphone weather app?

Apple Weather app not asking for location The weather app is not asking for the location by itself and it is not an option to just add an app to the location services without the app asking for it (the weather app is not on the list). It is just loading and loading the weather at "my location". I have deleted and reinstalled it. I have disabled and enabled location services all together.

How do I edit out a location in the weather app? I need to edit out a location that is no longer needed in weather app.
