If you're seeing your Wemo Mini Smart Plug become unresponsive, check out the following resource to see if this helps: Belkin Official Support - How to Reboot, Reset and Restore the Wemo Mini Smart Plug


If not, try restarting the device you're connecting with and be sure you're connected to Wi-Fi. Should that still not clear this up, we'd recommend working with Belkin Support as they would be better equipped to help.
