i bought the new MacBook m2 chip that is 13.6 inches. Can it fit in a 13.3 MacBook case?

MacBook Cases:
No. Not if is it intended for the case. So, let it be, and get a new one that is made for to fix your device. And don't squeeze it in there, as doing so would damage the device.
