iPhone Silencing Known Callers

I turned on the setting "Silence Unknown Callers", which worked well for a long time, but now callers that are in my contact list are being silenced. Any ideas, other than turning this setting back off, which I have already done?

Silence Unknown Callers setting stopped working since around Sept 2024 (iPhone 13), It lets nuisance unknown callers ring though. After a new update before I noticed problems.. Silence unknown callers stopped working on my iPhone after iOS 18.1.1 update A few days ago, I updated my IPhone SE to iOS 18.1.1 per automatic update every since, I’ve been absolutely flooded with spam calls, relentlessly ! SILENCE UNKNOWN CALLERS has stopped working. i have researched online and attempted all the fixes, nothing works help? [Edited by Moderator]
