Set-up Failed (300252) On HomePod mini, what do I do?

I’m trying to set up my brand new home pod mini that came today in mail, I go through all the steps when the prompt shows to set up, then it comes to setting it up and loading but then after like 1-2min it fails and says Set-up Failed

(300252) so I went to the website for apple support and followed every step and instruction to try fix it like redownloading the apps such as “Home” & “Music” app but still no luck, and checked WIFI & Bluetooth, there should be no issues, so what’s happening, the only thing I can think of is maybe parental controls & restrictions.
