Unresponsive devices in HomeKit

Hi

I got a Legrand Valena Life gateway recently to control the rolling shutters using Siri, but both the smart power outlet and the rolling shutters switch appear as unresponsive in HomeKit. They work fine if I use the Home + Control app of Legrand though. I have restarted the mini pod (hub), the iPhone, there appears to be no newer update to install, so what more is there to do in order to get them work in HomeKit as well? Thank you
