Can I run Mac OS 10.14.6 Mojave on a mid-2009 MacBook Pro

Will my mid-2009 MacBook Pro operate with OS 10.14.6 (Mojave)?

I'm running Mac OS 10.14.6 (Mojave) on my mid-2012 MacBook Pro, and backing it up with Time Machine. Can I use this Time Machine backup to make a bootable copy of this Mac to my mid-2009 MacBook Pro?
