how to control my 86 year old mom’s iphone remotely

My mom is not able to manage her phone properly and I am not local to her. Is there an app we can install so I can manage her phone when her messages fill up, issues occur, etc? Thanks!

Remote control an iPad from a PC (or iPhone) I have provided my 95 year old mother with an iPad for mail and to keep in contact with me, grand children and grand grand children (video, mail and instagram).
