hi my video apps suddenly stopped working like when i clicked on a video whether is amazon prime or youtube it just kept loading, i restarted my phone and it started working does anyone know why this happened?

Video/reels restarting, or freezing Over the last week, I have been experiencing random video restarts while watching videos or reels. Sometimes it happens 30 seconds in, sometimes a minute in, and sometimes the video completely freezes. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a solution available? I am on Wi-Fi on my home network that I’ve always used so I don’t believe that to be the issue. It doesn’t matter what app I’m browsing it can be Facebook, Instagram, etc. It constantly does this strangely enough it has not done it on YouTube.
