how to reset system back to default factory but not loose my files instead

are there any change for a eligibility affordable with keyboard fix on my Mac , there are some letters is not sensor and they are getting worst when i need to do typing. ( if applicable )

If you don't already have a backup, make one now. If you do a "reset to factory", that's the only way to keep your data.

The letter "S" is the worst issue and sometime they maybe run slowly for each touch of the keyboard
