Can i recover my photos from iwatch

My iPhone 11 was reset by mistake. It was synced to my Apple Watch and all my favorite pictures are in my Apple Watch. None of them made it to iCloud (drive full before back-up and upload). Is there a way that I can get my pictures off my Apple Watch and save them still? They exist, however I think if i unpair my watch my all photos will be deleted

Even if you could get the photos off the watch they would be the size of a postage stamp,the best you can do is to screenshot each one and they will be uploaded to the camera roll on the phone.
