Monterey Mail.app to Monterey Mail.app, both Macs using iCloud mail, each Mac has a valid, proper Contact for the other recipient. Emails from either direction reliably go to the Junk mailbox. A RULE to direct the message to Inbox is ignored. Help, please. TIA.

Drag the non junk email to the proper inbox. This is supposed to re-teach the app the email is not junk. Try this without the rule being active.
