Unable to share Health data

My spouse and I both have 13 Pro Max’s. Both are running iOS 15.5. She can share her data with me but I can’t view it, nor can I send her my data. It says she does not have a device that can view it.

Unable to share Health data from iPhone 12 to iPhone 15 I have been trying to share my health data with my boyfriend but it keeps flagging him as not having a device to view it on. He has an iPhone 15 and I have an iPhone 12, both are updated to current iOS. I have attached his icloud to his contact, we have checked in settings to make sure health is on. Unable to share Health data My mother has just got iPhone 13 and I have updated to latest software but when I tried to share her health app it just says invite pending. I have been trying to solve this but have noticed in her Apple ID under sign in and security tab that under the number it says “unavailable for sharing” but I don’t know why or how to make it available? please help !

Health sharing not updating My wife and I are sharing health data. My data is syncing to her app and she can see the updates. But her app is up to date but it’s not syncing to my phone. It says the last update was Nov 10th. I restarted her phone and turned off health sharing from her phone. I then resent the invite to share and it still only shows Nov 10th info. What could be wrong?

Here's what you need

An iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 15 or later.
An iCloud account with Health turned on and two-factor authentication enabled.
The person you want to start sharing with must be saved in your Contacts with their iCloud account email included.*

*If you start sharing data with someone, removing them from Contacts doesn’t stop the sharing.
