Preview Keeps Changing My Font
Whenever I use fillable pdfs in preview and I type something in a different font or font size, as soon as I click away is reverts back to the standard font and font size. How do I fix this?

That form field may be hard-coded by the form designer to use a specific font, font-color, and size. Unless you have a true PDF Editor (and Preview is not), then you have no control over that form field's font attributes.
