Water damage

Due to heavy rain some water went inside my bag and Macbook pro 13 inch. System is working fine but screen is water damaged. The present state of the screen can be seen in the pic. I have Apple care+ support. What should I do? I have also seen cases where the screen automatically goes back to normal after some weeks.

That needs replacement before AppleCare+ runs out. It's likely to eventually fail, so getting it replaced quickly would be better.
