Student apple music plan

I have had an individual apple music subscription previously but I canceled it a few months ago. I just recently learned about the student plan. When I try to get a student subscription a pop up comes up that says “this offer is no longer available”. It is still an option in my settings but when I click on it, it also says no longer available. How do I fix this?

Student Plan not showing up in apple music I have been attempting to subscribe to the student plan for Apple Music, but it is not currently available. The only option presented is the family plan offer. Previously, I had an Apple One subscription that has since expired. SWITCHING to Student for Apple Music When I switch my Apple Music plan to my (verified) Student account, it says I’m already going to renew at my CURRENT rate ($22.95). I’ve unsubscribed to that account. Why won’t it let me switch over to the Student price (even though I get through all steps)?

My Apple Music account says it will be cancelled next month. I want to continue. How do I correct this? I attempted to upgrade my Apple Music Individual Plan to Family Plan (no trial offers, etc). On my Android phone, in Apple Music app under "Manage Subscription / Your Subscription" it lists "Family (Apple Music) Ends September 18 2023". Below that under the "Renewal Options" section, the second option "Family (Apple Music) Ends September 18 2023" radio button is active. When I touch this, it give me a message "We've run into a problem. This offer is currently unavailable." --- So am I set up for Renewal or Cancellation??? I do NOT want to lose my library!! (Would be so much easier if there was a human somewhere.....just saying.)

Please verify that your UNiDAYS account is active, up to date, and linked properly.
