“Student Plan not showing up in apple music: I have been attempting to subscribe to the student plan for Apple Music, but it is not currently available. The only option presented is the family plan offer. Previously, I had an Apple One subscription that has since expired. I have reached out to Unidays, Apple Support, and Apple’s customer care services, but have yet to receive a resolution.”

This is a promotion; that’s why it’s popping up (Apple’s essentially trying to sell their products; if you don’t cancel the subscription during the trial’s period, you’ll automatically be charged out of your Apple Account). Creating a new Apple Account, you may be able to use this, and then share your music library through Family Sharing. Being this is a one-time offer, you’d have to be a student of a second educational institution.
