Itunes sync

Hi, I contacted customer support to say I had an issue with itunes music not playing some times, especially when skipping a few songs. I was advised to uninstall and install app, which I did but now I have the death wheel of "syncing" but its not syncing and i seem to have lost all my music. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Hi Cher1000,


We understand you're having an issue with your music playing. Are you using Apple Music or is this music you have added from your own collection. If this is Apple Music, make sure you have an and stable internet connection. Make sure that you have Apple Music library enabled in Settings > Music > Sync Library.


If this is music that you have added from your own collection, you can sync from your computer or redownload from the iTunes Store. Restart your iPhone and make sure you have enough available storage in Settings > General > iPhone Storage.


Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer

Redownload music
