Atlas VPN and App Store

I bought a subscription to Atlas VPN and when I went to pay I got an option to pay through the App store. I did. Then I changed my mind. My problem is that although my card says I paid the full price my account shows no such subscription and lists the app as 'free'. Payment was not made from the card attached to my account at the time. Atlas says that the problem is with Apple's app store. Is there anything I can do?

Please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and authenticate. Once authenticated, select the Apple ID in question and find the charge posted to the account.


  1. For "What can we help you with?", select "Request a refund"
  2. Another dropdown will appear below for "Tell us More". You'll want to select "I didn't mean to sign up for a subscription"
  3. Click Next
  4. Click on the subscription in question
  5. Submit the Claim
  6. Wait for it to be reviewed
