airpods pro wont connect correctly

My AirPods pro won't connect correctly. Whenever I try to connect them, they are listed as "headphones". When I try to connect to them, they just turn my bluetooth on and off repeatedly.

Airpods Max won't connect My Airpods Max started disconnecting themselves. Now every time I try to use them they disconnect by themselves. I've tied resetting, I've tried pairing them again, but it always takes about 20 minutes to get them to actually pair again and it's a very long and frustrating process. One of my AirPods won’t connect One of my AirPods won’t connect. I have tried reconnecting nut it doesn’t work. Both AirPods are charging but one simply won’t connect when in use! Any ideas on how to fix this?
