How long does apple take to replace apple products?

I sent in my iPhone 11 Pro Max I for repairs as it wouldn’t turn on. I sent it in Wednesday June 29, and it was delivered to apple the next day, Thursday June 30, the next day, apple said they would replace my phone, Friday July 1. It’s been stuck on replacement product pending for the past 4 days.
