When i power it on it seems to start an «update» (see photo), then breaks (at the same place every time), and reebots again. It then either restarts and tries again or shows one of the other two screens (see photos).
I have tried holding down cmd alt r. Any tips?

If you can not get the iMac going, then I would suspect a hardware issue that needs service.
