I cannot receive phone calls from certain people or my work. I have done all the things listed above. HELP If you were to try to call me it would not ring and go straight to voicemail. Please give me a number to call you.

I switched cellular companies. switch from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. Once I switched the SIM card there are certain people and companies that cannot call me. The call goes directly to voicemail and does not show that I have missed a call. I have done all the things listed above. HELP

I've recently had a similar issue, and heard it may be attributed to carriers taking down 3G service. That transition may not be going smoothly.

Seems to have helped for me:

Settings -> General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone --> Reset --> Reset Network Settings
