Unable to turn on Wi-Fi on my iPhone 7.
iPhone 7 wifi issues, can’t turn on Wi-Fi, the button to turn it on does not move, I have reset my phone and everything

That is usually indicative of a hardware issue. Try Force Restarting the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support If that does not help, make sure you have a current backup of your iPhone and restore it to factory and set it up as a new device, not from a backup Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support and see if your wi-fi will turn on.
