icloud storage
If I increase my icloud storage, would i lose any existing data on the phone as I do not have any storage left on the phone and already experienced data loss of some pictures/videos. Any ideas? Also, how to recover deleted images.

With the exception of any space gained by optimizing photos, adding iCloud storage has no bearing on device storage. If you need device space, you need to delete images, videos, apps, etc.
