What to do when Siri remote doesn’t stay charged

The Siri Remote takes about 2.5–3 hours to fully charge.

If the remote was fully charged (as verified in Settings), and looses its charge way too quickly, then Apple has a battery service for that. There may be a fee if not under warranty or AppleCare anymore.

Also just from my own personal experience, sometimes a charge cable may have damage that I can't see so I will try another one, or sometimes as well there may be debris inside the lightning connection area. I would check to see if that is the case as well just to be safe.
