Hi, I am not able to add card in Apple Pay. It says to add cards,keys,ticket and passes to wallet, look for add to wallet button in apps, email and websites

From that link select Choose a product > Apple Pay > Add debit or credit card to Wallet. From there select Continue, and you should see a few options to reach out, depending on your location.
