When using Safari on my two iPads (iPad Air 4th gen, iPad mini 5th gen) running iOS 15.5, speak selection doesn't work. It does work on the duckduckgo browser (which is not set to default).
Speak Selection works on my iPhone X using Safari (iOS 15.5) and on my M1 Max MacBook Pro running OS 12.4.

Still doesn’t work even after the latest update.
I just tried it after today’s update as well, and… still not working in Safari for me in iPadOS either. Speak Selection is working in Mail, etc., though.
