There is no need for it if it has installed...

Delete it like any other application in your Application folder.

Typically the installer.app automatically delete themselves after installation— I have no explanation for why it did not.

If per chance the Install Monterey is still appearing in Launchpad - Just hold Option key and an X beside the Icon should appear. Click the X and gone. That or Drag and Drop the icon to the Trash.

They should have deleted themselves after installing. It's odd that they still exist.
