About 6 months ago I bought an iPhone 13 and it has been working fine until I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I took it to a repair shop to replace the screen and now every hour or so the screen will turn black. The phone is still on and every time I try to restart it, it makes the emergency sos buzzing sound. It eventually force restarts itself and it gets annoying. Does my phone have a virus or something?

You should take the phone back to the shop where they replaced the screen. Do you know if they installed a genuine screen? If it is not a genuine Apple part, you will not be able to go to Apple for help.

Contact the repair provider, as it would appear thar there are either issues with the repair, or there are new issues with the device or its display or its battery.
That is probably why it is malfunctioning. Many iPhone features wll not work properly without a genuine Apple Screen.
My iPhone 13 keeps shutting off when I’m using it.
