Prime Video not working on iPad mini 4

I’ve seen other posts with no resolution. Since upgrading my iPad Mini 4 a few months ago, Amazon Prime Video is not working and just spins trying to load a video (any video). Upgraded iOS to 15.5 and it’s still doing the same. Contacted Amazon and went through their steps to uninstalled/reinstall/etc with no change. Prime video on my iPhone 13 works fine with the same SW version. Is this a known issue? What is the fix?
