can i transfer kindle books that are on my i pad on to my husband's Samsung tablet ?

I transfer books to different devices by going to Amazon Kindle website and choosing My Account. Then you can select Devices and Content. This will enable you to select content you want to transfer to any device you have listed among your devices.
