phone case replacement request

I bought the phone case for Iphone Promax 13.

My order number is W1179102794

The phone case is peeling off. There was no crash or drop the phone. First there was peeling on the top then it was in the middle.

I request that my case be examined and replaced with a new one.

I am also sending you a photo of it.
