When I start my Mac in recovery mode my Logitech bluetooth keyboard of course doesn't work, and I have to use a windows usb Keyboard but of course the shortcuts are different.
Will it work with a Mac bluetooth keyboard with the lightening cable attached?

It should. Connecting the KB directly to the Mac will allow the wireless KB to act as a USB KB.
It's a very good idea to own at least one USB mouse and KB. They're very cheap insurance for those times wireless is contraindicated.
