My itunes can't connect to the music library on my pc.

I subscribe to itunes match. Can't figure out why it is greyed out. My other devices (ipad and iphone) are fine.

Reboot your router and computer, try again.

Press and hold down ctrl+shift as you launch iTunes to open it in safe more, will sometimes fix issues in the library.

Sign out of your Apple ID, then sign in again.

Make sure the computer is authorized to your Apple ID.
