Can 2 people have two apple watches with the same Apple ID.

2 people should NOT have the same Apple ID. Too many services between the Apple Watch and the iPhone depend on a unique Apple ID.


Just say NO!


Now if you are asking if you can own 2 Apple Watches, and switch between the 2 Apple Watches, and both of those Apple Watches have the same Apple ID, then that is allowed, but that is 1 person having 2 Apple Watches and using 1 at a time, switching between the 2 (one for formal occasions, one for sports occasions, etc...)


But not 2 people sharing the same Apple ID. That is going to cause complications.
