Top menu bar does not change background color according with desktop wallpapers

When I use some application in full screen mode, a lot of time passes and my desktop wallpaper automatically changes according to the time of day (I use standard dynamic wallpapers). However, when I exit full screen mode, I notice that the color of the top menu bar has not changed.

I have already tried rebooting my MacBook and resetting the SMC, but that did not solve the problem.


P.S. When I use applications not in full screen mode, the color of the top menu bar changes correctly.
