Top menu bar does not change background color according with desktop wallpapers

I have already tried rebooting my MacBook and resetting the SMC, but that did not solve the problem.

P.S. If I don't switch to full screen mode, the color of the top menu bar changes correctly.

I think the point is not to activate the "reduce transparency", but to make sure it is not checked; and if it is not, maybe try checking and unchecking to see if it gets "unstuck".
