How do you synchronize Microsoft 365 outlook calendar to iOS calendar?

You will have to actually add the MS 365 Outlook Calendar to the iOS Calendar app.

Open Settings ➡️ Calendar ➡️ Accounts ➡️ Add Account: Choose Outlook.com and then follow on-screen instructions.
