Left AirPod consistently not working

In the past few days, my left AirPod has not been connecting. I have tried all of the steps Apple recommends (putting away AirPods, repairing them, hard resetting) and nothing is working. When I did a hard reset both the AirPods worked but that was last night, I just tried to use them again and only the right one is working. I know they both have full battery, it is definitely a connection issue. Anyone got any tips?
