Left airpod not working

My left airpods isn't working even after multiple attempts of resetting. It isn't connecting to any of my devices in spite of charging.

Left AirPod consistently not working In the past few days, my left AirPod has not been connecting. I have tried all of the steps Apple recommends (putting away AirPods, repairing them, hard resetting) and nothing is working. When I did a hard reset both the AirPods worked but that was last night, I just tried to use them again and only the right one is working. I know they both have full battery, it is definitely a connection issue. Anyone got any tips?
