Connect Mac calendar to iCloud

Can I connect and sync the calendar om my MacbookAir to iCloud?

How is that done?

Is there any 3:d party products needed?

Of course. It's built in.

Go to Calendar > accounts and ensure that your iCloud calendar is set up. Then any events you add will be visible at iCloud.com.

Other calendars can be synced/accessed through their respective providers.

Hi,

I have tried this, but it seems that there is no syncronisation through iCloud.

The calendar on the iPhone only syncs with Outlook and Hover through iCloud.

The Mac calendar is not updated on the iPhone.

I have a Mac-mini (OS Catalina) is it compatible with iPhoneXS?
